About the Role

As a Field Service Technician at Philips Iberica Sau, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and work on customer premises, including installations, maintenance, and repair. You will be responsible for identifying stakeholders in other departments, establishing cooperative interactions, and delivering remote and on-site support to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers on their premises.
  • Identify and establish relationships with stakeholders in other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Deliver remote and on-site support to customers, including technical assistance and problem-solving.
  • Update technical documentation and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Set high standards for customer communication and documentation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Adhere to company working practices and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Experience with PACS and/or RIS Health products is desirable.
  • Technical background and university degree are valued.
  • Basic experience with Oracle or SQL databases, Unix, and Windows is required.
  • Experience of working remotely supporting software is essential.
  • Native Spanish and advanced English language skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
