We are seeking a highly skilled Raman Technology Specialist to join our team at Airbus, working on the development of a hydrogen-powered commercial aircraft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and integrating Raman Optical sensor technology into various systems of the ZEROe project.
Key Responsibilities- Design and integrate Raman Technology into different systems of the ZEROe project, including Fuel Cell and other systems.
- Evaluate different design proposals and prepare for testing a concept of the system.
- Work with a large community of stakeholders, including Airbus engineering community, subcontractors, external industrial and academic partners.
- Develop and test Raman Technology for various applications.
- Support the design and integration of Raman Technology from architecture to design phase up to manufacturing and testing.
- Master's degree or Diploma in Engineering or similar qualifications.
- At least 2 years of experience working in design of Raman systems.
- Master Raman System Architecture related to HW and SW.
- Experience in design of mechanical interface of optical sensors and definition of optical systems.
- Experience working in Fiber Optic applications, mainly for environmental monitoring applications.
- Experience in systems working in cryogenic environments.
- Thermal and fluid mechanical background.
- Design knowledge in structure and system integration (electrical and Mechanical).
- Good scripting and programming skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills.
- High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
- Languages: Negotiation level of English / Spanish.
- French / German is considered a plus.
