Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Project Manager/Consultant with a focus on SAP HCM-SSFF. Develop strategic frameworks for HR systems. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Assess requirements in collaboration with functional areas, coordinating external implementation teams to guarantee high-quality and timely project outcomes. Lead the design and execution of procurement processes, including the integration of purchasing requisitions, tender strategy formulation, risk assessment, negotiation, and contract management.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification. Proven experience in consulting with a strong understanding of SAP HCM applications. At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Additional expertise in HR processes and architecture, along with knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Succession, Compensation, Reporting, Performance, and Goals. Certification in any of these modules is a plus. Familiarity with permissions administration, SSFF development tools (BTP), and SAP HR basic modules. Experience with payroll systems and their integration with Core HR systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) is also advantageous. Proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong project management skills in dynamic settings, eagerness to learn new technologies, customer-focused approach, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.What We Offer:
