Job Description

A Full-Time Key Holder plays a crucial role in driving business growth through effective leadership and is actively involved in delivering a unique customer experience.

Key Holders should possess strong leadership skills, be analytical, and trustworthy as a leader of a multi-million dollar business. They utilize applied learning to evolve as a business leader and improve store results.

The Key Holder leads a team of associates to ensure operational tasks and procedures are successful as well as opening and closing routines being completed, all while keeping the customer at the center of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Customer Experience: Foster a positive and engaging customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  3. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with associates, management, and customers.
  4. Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-organized, and supervise sales floor activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  5. Asset Protection: Implement and maintain asset protection policies and procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  6. Policies and Procedures Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  1. At Least One Year of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.
  2. Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving business goals.
  3. Assertiveness: Possess strong assertiveness skills to effectively communicate with associates and customers.
  4. Applied Learning: Utilize applied learning to evolve as a business leader and improve store results.
  5. Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  6. Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  7. Adaptability / Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs.
  8. Multi-Tasking: Possess strong multi-tasking skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  9. Stress Tolerance: Demonstrate high stress tolerance to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
