Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Timup in Barcelona. As a Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct interaction with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Review and preparation of financial reports, including management accounts and statutory accounts.
- Support the preparation of annual accounts and official books.
- Support the automation, standardization, and improvement of internal accounting processes.
- Support in any of the functional areas defined in the department, depending on your skills.
- Follow-up and planning of juniors' activities to ensure effective delivery; training and support to less experienced professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or economics.
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP and Excel.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Experience in team management.
- Permanent full-time contract.
- Hybrid working model (2 days of remote/week).
- Flexible compensation plan (restaurants, transportation, nursery).
