Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Adp. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and guidance to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead accounting processes, including cash accounting, cash forecasting, local taxes, and statutory compliance.
- Maintain ADP's financial systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting data.
- Oversight and guidance of the Indian AP team, focusing on booking accuracy, system management, and tax compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, ensuring access management, payment execution, and allowed overdraft.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, to a high standard.
- Assist in the implementation of financial projects, such as cash management and prepayment accounting automation.
- Collaborate with the Spain Chief Accountant to improve processes and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Relevant accounting experience, with a focus on international corporate structures and matrix organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle and Hyperion Planning.
