About the Role

As a Safety Specialist at Amazon, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees. You will be responsible for monitoring site performance, setting up workplace health and safety programs, and analyzing safety metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of safety
  • Monitor and analyze safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
