Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel to the business segment responsible for third-party sellers on Amazon's EU platforms regarding all legal matters that influence this sector.
The individual selected for this role will play a crucial role in shaping the business design, assisting selling partners in their growth, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
We seek individuals with a background in advising corporate clients on regulatory responsibilities and extensive experience in providing legal counsel to commercial and/or retail sector clients. Additionally, we value candidates who are innovative, forward-thinking, highly engaged, and possess a strong customer-centric approach. Developing creative solutions to complex legal challenges is integral to our operations.
Location
This role can be based in various Amazon offices across Europe, with some travel required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptional academic credentials.
- A minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience at a law firm or a successful transactional background, including significant commercial and/or retail expertise.
- In-house experience is advantageous.
- Experience with product compliance or online marketplace regulations is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment in uncertain situations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and technological skills.
