Global Payroll Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Payroll Transformation Leader to join our team at Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica Sa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our global payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and understand the current payroll landscape, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global payroll strategy that aligns with our business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the selection process for a best-fit payroll solution, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of all countries and regions.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end implementation of the new payroll solution, collaborating with HR, Digital, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Establish an end-state Payroll CoE in alignment with our HR Transformation Office, with clear governance, interaction models, and forward-looking agenda.
- Develop and document standardized payroll processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all countries and regions.
- Monitor payroll operations continuously to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in global payroll management, with a proven track record of leading multiple large-scale payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in a diverse white and blue environment.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Strong change management capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
