Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management to join our HQ team at Jobandtalent. As a key member of our Audit Group, you will be responsible for developing and leading internal risk assessment, assurance, and advisory activities, as well as enterprise risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Company's audit strategy to mitigate business, financial, compliance, and operational risks.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and strengthen Jobandtalent's internal controls.
- Lead internal audit activities, including audit planning and execution.
- Collaborate with business partners to deliver value-added services and strengthen global processes.
- Set the vision and strategy for the Internal Audit function.
- Determine internal audit's resourcing (third-party, hybrid, in-house, etc).
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Jobandtalent's business and industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with business partners.
- Proven track record of delivering value-added services and strengthening internal controls.
