Job Description

As a Sales Representative for Dental Implants, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area by making sales calls and other activities. You will maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sales calls and other activities to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain and build relationships with customers
  • Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Plan and attend meetings
  • Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Assist with dental surgery procedures and provide guidance on dental drilling sequences and surgery area setup
  • Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers
  • Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of new products

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry
  • Dental implants experience/knowledge of at least 2 years
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Self-starter and motivator with a strong understanding of what it means to work hard
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
