Job Description

As a Sales Representative for Dental Implants, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned area. Your primary responsibilities will include making sales calls, maintaining and building relationships with customers, and ensuring all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make sales calls and other activities to achieve sales targets in the assigned area
  • Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensure all sales activities are in accordance with company policies and procedures and all applicable laws
  • Plan and attend meetings with customers and dentists
  • Develop sales activity plans to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Assist with dental surgery procedures in the use of the company's products
  • Ensure collection of outstanding accounts receivables from customers
  • Cultivate new and expanded sales prospects and customer opportunities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the dental/medical devices industry
  • Dental implants experience/knowledge of at least 2 years
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Self-starter and motivator with an intrinsic understanding of what it means to work hard
  • Ability to communicate effectively with dental and medical professionals
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English both written and verbal
