About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Team Coordinator to join our Localization Team at Toppan Digital Language. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across various areas, including project management and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of translations projects for highly regulated industries from inception to completion.
- Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Participate in business development efforts, client meetings, and other business activities.
- Develop and maintain production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage billing forecasting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Mentor and train junior colleagues, supporting their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to manage the team's daily activities.
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field (translation, languages) or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English and ideally one other language, both spoken and written, are preferred for this position.
- 4+ years of project management experience.
