About the Role

Amazon is seeking highly motivated and skilled Software Development Graduates to join our team as Cloud Computing Experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and secure cloud-based software solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software end-to-end, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure cloud-based software solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and services.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Strong object-oriented design and coding skills, preferably in C/C++ and/or Java on a UNIX or Linux platform.
  • Experience with distributed systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Perl or other scripting languages is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing in a Linux environment.
  • Experience developing software on AWS platforms.
