About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Data Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As an Operations Data Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating and developing improvement opportunities throughout the company, with a focus on Fuel Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop improvement opportunities throughout the company that lead to benefits and generate value for Volotea Alaeo Sl, with a focus on Fuel Efficiency.
- Contribute to the control and improvement of the main indicators of the Fuel Efficiency and Ops area in general.
- Carry out management and continuous improvement of Volotea Alaeo Sl's processes, controlling the operability of the Fuel Efficiency area and optimizing it.
- Manage the relationship with external efficiency suppliers, as well as the implementation and continuous improvement of their projects in Volotea Alaeo Sl.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for reporting of results and presentation of opportunities.
- Financial control and projections of the company's fuel consumption, as well as deviations versus budget.
Requirements
- Aeronautical Management, Engineering or Science background.
- 1-3 years experience working with data analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in aviation will also be valued.
- Demonstrated abilities in gathering information systematically, grasp complexities, perceive relationships between factors, and root cause analysis.
- Goal-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
