About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR Talent team as a Talent Development Specialist. In this role, you will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and materials preparation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
  • Identify learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
  • Support the administration of performance management processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend support materials to improve employee development.
  • Review and improve the onboarding process for new employees, implementing feedback from onboarding surveys.
  • Identify key moments in the employee journey where enhancements can be made to optimize the overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Prior internship or work experience in human resources or talent management is a plus.
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish.
