We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant Manager at Amorino. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and advise customers, providing a personalized experience
  • Sell and upsell Amorino products, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Prepare and present gelato roses, showcasing our unique offerings
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, restocking, and product deliveries
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience, meeting Amorino standards

  • A competitive salary of £9-£10 per hour, depending on experience
  • 28 days of holiday per year, plus manager bonus opportunities
