Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Serve as primary contract manager for the Iberia Cluster, preparing and reviewing agreements, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Contract Administration: Own and maintain contracts and addendums database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Communication: Communicate with vendors and service providers to resolve contract issues and provide guidance on contract and addendum matters.
- Training and Development: Create and deliver training sessions to managers and employees on contract management best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other functions to ensure alignment and effective contract management.
- Education: Degree in Law.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish; preferred fluent in Portuguese.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience as an attorney (law firm or in-house).
- Skills: Strong experience in contracts, organizational skills, and management of different teams.
- Autonomy: Results-oriented with a high level of autonomy.
