Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Supervisor to lead our Salamanca center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the center's programming are in compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and OCFS Regulations for Day Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support all staff at the assigned location to ensure high-quality programming and services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement professional development plans for center-level staff.
  • Conduct formal classroom observations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate utilization of staff to ensure all requirements are met and executed safely.
  • Ensure full parent involvement in all aspects of the program.
  • Oversight of facility repairs, maintenance, and required inspections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
  • One year of full-time teaching experience in a child day care center, family or group family day care home, or other early childhood program.
  • One year of experience supervising staff.
