Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Conformance Manager to join our team at Airbus Operations. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing new projects, leading quality escapes investigations, and deploying digital methods and routines to foster innovation and industrialization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality transformation by coordinating the implementation of disruptive solutions with international local teams.
- Facilitate the resolution of complex quality issues through practical problem-solving endeavors.
- Dispute current ways of working to identify improvements that increase process performance and guarantee repeatability and reliability.
- Set quality requirements for products and lead their correct transference to the shop floor.
- Promote a quality mindset and good practices within production teams.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of aerospace and industrial manufacturing.
- Responsibility for ideas and their realization.
- Proactivity and agility in challenging environments.
- Autonomy and organization skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.
