About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Policy Implementation and Programmes practice. In this role, you will contribute to large-scale projects for EU institutions and organizations within the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass leading program-related activities and events, producing comprehensive reports, presentations, and policy content, and conducting in-depth research on employment and social policy issues.
Required Experience
- A university degree in law, public policy, economics, or a related field is essential.
- You possess 7+ years of experience in consultancy or public policy within the EU and UK.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and coordination skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proven research and analysis capabilities are essential for conducting thorough policy assessments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, while additional European languages are highly advantageous.
