About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Executive to support our growing business in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and execute strategic communications plans that drive media attention and coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European PR lead in driving a comprehensive PR and communications program that aligns with Zoho Corporation B.V.'s business objectives in the region.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure seamless integration of PR efforts and maximize reach.
  • Work with PR agencies to equip them with the necessary information to drive success, review their content, and monitor progress against goals.
  • Develop and write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach.
  • Analyze and monitor campaigns to determine success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with media interviews and attendance at industry events.
  • Contribute to the development of creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
  • Manage and organize projects effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform businesses.
  • Strong relationships with technology and business-focused journalists and a good understanding of how media publications work with PR.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
  • Excellent proven writing skills across a range of content types.
  • A creative mind partnered with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho Corporation B.V.
  • A self-motivated individual who is happy to work remotely to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
