We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Investment Banking Manager to join our team at Technology Holdings Worldwide. As a key member of our Investment Banking division, you will be responsible for delivering world-class M&A and capital raising advisory services to technology services, software, consulting, and business process management companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate and lead transaction execution on 4-5 deals at a time, with a focus on sell-side mandates
- Manage multiple deal teams and transactions end-to-end, including the preparation of Information Memorandums and financial models
- Participate in management/buyer meetings, negotiate offers, and manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with PE/VC funds and fundraising experience
- Assist in drafting and evaluating various legal documents, such as NDAs
- Facilitate buyer and seller interactions, including organizing road shows and conference calls
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of relevant Investment Banking/sell-side M&A experience
- Business proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and understanding of corporate finance
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience with preparation of Information Memorandums
- Ability to multi-task and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision
- Team player with ability to work in a globally dispersed team
- Flexibility to travel across Europe
