Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Officer to join our team at Ubix Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in La Union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular account visits and telemarketing activities to promote consumables to existing machines in the field.
  • Monitor consumption patterns and analyze discrepancies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure timely delivery of consumables and provide excellent customer service to meet client needs.
  • Assist clients with sales service-related concerns and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  • Update the database of existing installations and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in sales-related meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to orders, credit terms, and deliveries.
  • Prepare customized proposals based on gathered data to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel for service calls and field work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
