Your key responsibilities will include:

* Publicizing our brand and its products
* Having a complete knowledge of our merchandise in all product categories
Achieve Sales Goals
As a sales-driven individual with a customer-centric approach, you will be responsible for ensuring an impeccable retail experience for our consumers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Following sales protocols of the brand
* Working to achieve sales targets, according to business KPI's
Carry Out the Brand Services in the Point of Sale
As a skilled makeup artist, you will be responsible for carrying out the make-up services proposed by the brand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Advising clients according to their needs and preferences
Ensure the Correct Expression of the Brand at the Point of Sale
As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence at the point of sale.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that the visibility of the brand complies with the guidelines and the correct state of the materials
* Organizing and correctly implementing the brand's retail guidelines
* Reporting incidents
Train and Motivate the Team
As a team player, you will be responsible for ensuring that the entire store team knows the brand and its products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the motivation of the team with the brand through training and different activities
Prepare Monitoring Reports
As a detail-oriented individual, you will be responsible for carrying out a weekly sales report and follow-up of the point of sale.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Sharing with the central team the latest trends, market news and the competition
* Sharing product feedback with the core team
