Overview
We are seeking a Spanish (From Spain) Content Evaluator to enhance our operations.

In this role, you will be tasked with assessing and rating a variety of content in Spanish (from Spain) based on established guidelines.

This position demands a meticulous approach, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to remain impartial while evaluating content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess content across diverse platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Utilize predefined criteria to evaluate the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Spanish (from Spain).
  • Rate content in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring consistency and precision in evaluations.
  • Provide comprehensive feedback on content quality, identifying areas for enhancement when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure alignment and consistency in evaluation decisions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and modifications in content guidelines to improve evaluation accuracy.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while adhering to set deadlines.
  • Follow confidentiality and data security protocols when managing sensitive information.
Experience and

Skills Required:

  • Native proficiency in Spanish (from Spain).
  • Profound understanding of Spanish culture and society.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain concentration while reviewing content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.
  • Basic familiarity with digital content platforms and social media.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Adaptability to evolving guidelines and priorities.
  • Previous experience in content evaluation or assessment is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience in customer service will be highly beneficial.
