About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Enterprise Architect to join our team at IAG Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of our enterprise-wide business and application architecture, ensuring it aligns with our strategic requirements.
  • Drive thought leadership in enterprise/solution/data architecture, influencing stakeholders to define the future state of our technology.
  • Identify opportunities to work across IAG Tech to deliver major architectural initiatives.
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure third-party deliverables meet strategic, technical, and cost requirements.
  • Continuously identify and execute improvement opportunities to drive optimal solutions through the implementation of our architecture roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the Group and externally to identify and promote best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Recognized architecture qualification desirable.
  • Working towards TOGAF level 1 certification.

  • Clear leadership and ability to influence and persuade across the organization at senior levels.
  • Collaborative, open working, resulting in recognition as a valued partner by colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and understanding of the broader business context (business acumen).
  • Innovation - transforming industry trends into practical, cost-effective, secure, scalable, and supportable solutions.
  • Fluent written and spoken in Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of the human resources and/or finance business.
  • Knowledge of MRO, Pax&Bags, Aircraft, Handling, Crew & OCC Business.
  • Experience of successfully completing significant architecture and consultancy assignments.
  • Proven track record of confidently leading architecture activities.
  • Broad experience of IT or business strategy studies.
  • Proven track record of successful stakeholder management at a senior level.
  • Business partnering, working as a valued partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of and contribution to applicable best practice and/or methodologies.
  • Demonstrable awareness of worldwide architecture trends and practice.
  • Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
