Bravemind is seeking a seasoned SAP Solution Architect with expertise in S/4HANA ERP Finance and Controlling to join our team. As a key member of our global client's IT team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service management operations in the area of SAP ERP.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of internal and external FI/CO consultants to ensure the successful implementation of SAP ERP Finance and Controlling solutions.
  • Designing and implementing IT solutions in SAP ERP FI/CO relevant applications, ensuring consistency, stability, and audit compliance.
  • Collaborating with external service suppliers and vendors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Facilitating decision-making on SAP design topics between business stakeholders, project teams, and service providers.
  • Providing expert advice to business stakeholders on the optimal implementation of application-related business processes.
  • Aligning integration with other applications and the application roadmap with the Enterprise Architecture team.
  • Ensuring IT service excellence by monitoring relevant KPIs, regular customer feedback, and continuous improvements with IT Partners, IT Operations, and Business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An academic degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Significant work experience in SAP ERP as a FI/CO Solution Architect.
  • Relevant experience in functionally leading FI/CO consultants in international projects.
  • In-depth functional and technical knowledge in the design of an E2E value flow in relation to a business process.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Basis and ABAP development to a level needed to validate functional specifications.
  • Experience with ITIL Framework and Service Management methodologies.
  • A good understanding of Cyber Security Compliance to ensure service availability and data security.
  • Experience in outsourced services and functionally leading consultants of a 3rd party delivery partner.
  • Fluent in English language, in writing and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills towards business and IT management, as well as business end-users and IT technical personnel.
  • Ability to understand the diversity of the audience to ensure communication is well perceived.
