About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations and Influencer Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing Team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Communications team to deliver all activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Communications team in delivering all activities and projects.
  • Help track the agency's performance.
  • Research influencers' profiles for brand campaigns.
  • Manage product stock and orders for the PR department.
  • Coordinate mailings for the PR department.
  • Archive and administer publications and key information.
  • Support in organizing and executing events.
  • Prepare weekly newsletters for internal use.
  • Collate monthly reports for internal teams.
  • Manage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaigns.
  • Manage the media library.
Requirements
  • Genuine interest in our brand and fashion world.
  • Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Level-headed, enthusiastic, and personable.
  • Good project and time management skills ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Strong attention to detail.
