**Job Summary**
Copeland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Leader Lifecycle Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and management of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA's), Small Projects (SMAP) and one-off Services (SO) within a nominated customer base for Systems and Software products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support sales teams in the pursuit phase by presenting service delivery capabilities to customers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in their day-to-day tasks and project execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for designated customers.
- Take ownership of administrative activities such as field engineering reports and financial maintenance.
- Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement of performance and innovation.
**Requirements**
- Engineering or technical background.
- Technical experience in the industrial market with Control Systems (DCS).
- Experience leading operational teams.
- Spanish and English language proficiency (verbal and written).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Portuguese language proficiency.
- Experience with Service Execution and contract management.
- Experience working in a matrix organization.
