About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Software Engineer to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our data engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating data pipelines using Databricks and other ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality data pipelines using Databricks and other ETL tools
  • Integrate datasets for analytical use cases
  • Enable other data teams to follow client standards
  • Test and maintain existing data pipelines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks or similar ETL tools
  • Apache Spark, PySpark, and Python
  • AWS Glue + Amazon S3
  • Github + CI/CD
  • MicroStrategy or similar analytical tool

Nice to Have

  • Advanced Databricks skills like delta, cluster configuration or mlflow
  • Experience with integrating sources like Websites, Exasol, REST APIs, SAP, BigQuery, GSheets, Salesforce, Jedox and more
  • Data Quality
  • Apache NiFi
  • Java
