About the Business Operations Team
The Business Operations team plays a core role in identifying strategic opportunities and achieving business goals through quantitative analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake strategic operation and analysis work in e-commerce, linking strategies in various fields including industries, sellers, products, creators, partners, etc. Collaborate across teams to achieve high-quality strategy design and drive business growth.
- Take a data-driven approach to establish business analysis frameworks and monitor the progress of key indicators, business opportunities, and risks, providing solid business diagnosis and practical solutions.
- Conduct interviews/surveys with sellers, creators, and users to gain insights into their needs for the platform.
- Cooperate across teams to set up annual/bimonthly business goals and implementation roadmaps.
- Regularly conduct business reviews, summarizing improvement strategies and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree graduating in 2025.
- Must be available to start in January, May, or September 2025.
- Strong sense of product responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems.
- Good team communication skills and project promotion capabilities.
- Proficient in English as a working language.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above; internship experience is strongly preferred in e-commerce/business analysis or strategy group within internet companies/management consulting internship.
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data sensitivity; strong user perspectives, and willingness to use internet products to improve the operational efficiency of the business.
- Good understanding of business models of TikTok and other content-based platforms (YouTube, Instagram).
- Strong numerical reasoning and modeling skills, proficiency in Excel (fluency in SQL is a plus).
- Ability to impact business decisions and suggest improvements through analytical insight.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus); cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally in a global working environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
