Job Title: Engagement Manager

At Alira Health Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engagement Manager to lead our execution teams across multiple projects and client engagements. As a key member of our Global MAP Consulting Practice, you'll be highly integrated into our Iberia team and drive projects focused on Spain and Portugal, as well as others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution/Billability (~65%): Utilize your in-depth understanding of the life sciences and healthcare industry to deliver gold-standard consulting expertise to our clients. Independently lead and manage execution teams, delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal or no guidance and/or supervision.
  • Business Development/Corporate Initiatives (~25%): Engage in the full business development effort, from lead generation to pitching and closing. Support Principals and Partners in developing and delivering successful proposals, pitches, and capability presentations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with sufficient technical skills to own and independently execute full projects and proposals.
