Role Overview:
As the Hub Product Quality Manager, you will be an integral part of our Center of Excellence, working in close coordination with various Hub departments such as Customer Experience, Operations, and Compliance. Your focus will be on delivering a resilient and innovative product offering while engaging in multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Performance: Ensure the highest standards of operational performance across all stations managed by the Spanish Hub (including Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar). You will be responsible for designing and executing continuous improvement initiatives based on analytical insights, inspections, and audit findings.
- Compliance Certification: Maintain GDP Certification within the MAD Hub Operations. Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical product requirements and performance management actions as specified by the airlines serviced in the MAD Hub.
What You Bring:
- Skills: A strong quality focus with the ability to navigate organizational boundaries. You should thrive under pressure, prioritize effectively, and make critical decisions swiftly. Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong planning and analytical capabilities, will enable you to identify improvement opportunities. A proactive approach and a sense of ownership are crucial for driving success.
- Qualifications: A university degree is required. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Familiarity with GDP Guidelines and European Commission standards for the Good Distribution Practice of medicinal products is preferred.
Your Experience:
- Understanding of the air cargo industry is advantageous.
- Experience with Quality and Audit systems processes is a plus.
