**Job Summary**

The Supply Chain Planner II plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional value to Baxter Planning customers. Leveraging a combination of Baxter Planning's supply chain planning software and industry best practices, the planner collaborates with customers to create, communicate, and capture value.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Partner with customers to develop and achieve supply chain objectives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum value realization.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and address customer concerns, drive business process improvements, and implement configuration changes to optimize planning tool performance.
  • Develop and lead meetings with assigned customers to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on strategic objectives.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new best practices and improve existing ones for delivering planning solutions.
  • Serve as an escalation point for service desk tickets and handle advanced tickets for assigned customers.
  • Assist in the implementation of new customers and testing of new features and functionality.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of prior supply chain management experience.
  • Experience with planning software is preferred.
