About the Role

At F. Hoffmann-La Roche, we're pushing the boundaries of healthcare innovation. As a Senior Procurement Manager - Digital & Tech, you'll play a critical role in driving our 10-year ambition plan, transforming our Global Procurement organization to succeed in a rapidly evolving ecosystem. Your expertise will help us deliver on our mission to bring innovative solutions to patients quickly and efficiently through business and supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category strategies and tactical initiatives to deliver on objectives and support the enhancement of skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Contribute towards achieving team goals regarding Financial/Non-Financial outcomes, Continuity of Supply, and Procurement Excellence focus areas.
  • Manage suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships to contribute to the aim of the GP organization.
  • Develop core capabilities to drive effectiveness and efficiency of our Procurement activities for an improved customer experience.
  • Deliver on customer priorities and opportunities, while enabling Roche to meet its societal and environmental commitments.
Requirements
  • University degree, with a business degree preferable.
  • 7+ years of experience in global category management, strategic sourcing, complex procurement contracting, and operational category efficiency projects.
  • Strong leadership experience with influential skills.
  • Proven data-driven decision making.
  • Extensive IT sourcing, IT procurement, and/or IT vendor management experience and specific category knowledge in IT Professional Services, Infrastructure, Application Services, and/or Software Licensing from a large-scale organization.
  • Executive presence and comfortable with interacting with both internal stakeholders and external vendor senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated project management and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
