Procurement Manager Job Description

As a Senior Procurement Manager at Free Now, you will play a key role in defining the purchasing roadmap for our spend categories, supporting both ad-hoc spend and significant contracts with key vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze current and future spending, establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers, and represent Free Now in supplier negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure best quality services
  • Analyze current and future spending to identify areas for improvement
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key strategic suppliers
  • Represent Free Now in supplier negotiations
  • Identify and drive improvement initiatives to optimize costs
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a procurement role or management consulting company with a focus on procurement
  • Deep negotiation knowledge and ability to apply advanced negotiation skills
  • Ability to support multiple annual spend cycles with specific examples of addressable spend and savings achieved
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills (German is a plus)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
