About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team at Montesol Experimental. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist all guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage all operations involving the customer's visit to the reception, including check-in, check-out, currency exchange, invoicing, accommodation, information, bookings, and concierge services
• Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided, respecting our quality standards
• Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to deal with customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain good communication and coordination between the hotel's departments, including Housekeeping and Food and Beverage
• Coordinate security at the front desk to maintain a high level of safety for all our guests, goods, and material
• Participate in the management of the hotel's general mailbox, responding to emails and redirecting correspondence as necessary
• Assist with administrative tasks at the front desk, maintaining efficient administration within the department and preparing operational reports on time
• Ensure that the workspaces are well kept and that the entrance to the hotel is pleasant
• Maintain all equipment of the department in good working condition
About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:
• Social, engaging, and motivated
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations
• Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and abilities in other languages would be beneficial
• Attention to detail and customer needs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS)
