**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at our Carhartt WIP store in Madrid. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, including management, sales, and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence.
  • Implement company procedures and directives to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they meet sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Maintain the store's appearance and ensure that visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Process deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or workwear environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and supervise a team.
  • Customer service-focused and commercially aware.
  • Good IT skills and fluency in Spanish (English skills are advantageous).
