Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Formulating effective strategies that will support the sustainable and profitable growth of Outpayce.
  • Collaborating with the Outpayce leadership team, including the CEO, Head of Product Management, and Head of Sales, along with corporate functions such as Finance and Legal, to plan, design, launch, and scale strategic initiatives that position the organization for long-term success in the payments sector.
  • Providing strategic insights and influence on all aspects related to Outpayce's growth strategy, including evaluating the implications of regulatory changes, while serving as a crucial link between strategy and daily operations.
  • Facilitating the execution of strategies by managing information flow and ensuring effective communication across the matrixed and cross-functional organization.
  • Leading collaboratively through influence and, when necessary, directing cross-functional project teams.

  • Proven experience in business and commercial strategy.
  • Previous experience in a global, multinational corporation.
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry.
  • Solid knowledge of the travel sector.
