About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Transformation Program Manager to support the deployment and development of our omni-channel digital transformation sales engagement strategy.

The successful candidate will coordinate and work with multidisciplinary experts and leaders from across the organization, covering data, marketing automation, sales, and e-commerce platforms.

This role will be instrumental in leading and coordinating the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of our digital sales model, leveraging data, sales platforms, and automation.

As the voice of the customer, this role will build, test, and improve our existing digital customer journeys to positively differentiate our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design of Lifecycle Stage Activities: Develop and implement lifecycle stage activities that drive positive customer engagement and improved loyalty.
  2. Implementation of Activities in Systems: Coordinate the implementation of activities in systems and in-country processes.
  3. Use of Data and Insights: Utilize data and insights to drive a continuous process of improvement and evolution of lifecycle activities.
  4. Capture and Documentation of Processes: Capture and document processes and act as a gatekeeper to build the digital blueprint and playbook.
  5. Connection with Central and Local Marketing Agencies: Connect with central and local marketing agencies to convert program activities into market assets for deployment.
  6. Automation, Embedding, and Improvement of Internal Processes: Work with marketing automation, e-commerce platform, and CRM experts to automate, embed, and improve internal processes.
  7. Partnership with Countries and Central Business Experts: Partner with countries and central business experts to capture and deploy best practices.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' relevant work experience in data-driven B2B digital marketing roles.
  2. Highly Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Highly analytical and extensive root cause diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
  3. Experience in Digital Customer Journeys: Relevant experience in the deployment of digital customer journeys.
  4. Project Management Experience: Experience in large, complex project and process management.
  5. AI Project Experience: Previous project experience leading AI projects is highly valuable.
  6. Quick Learning and Innovative Thinking: Quick learner and an innovative thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.
  7. Positive Attitude and Follow-Through: Positive can-do attitude, show success in following-up, and gets things done.
  8. English Proficiency: English - professional proficiency is a MUST.
