Job DescriptionWe are seeking a CRM Specialist with +4 years of experience to join our Performance team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for following up CRM monthly planning and detecting new opportunities or blockers. You will also support the optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advise with insights in timing, targeting and content.
You will conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports. You will have a strong understanding of Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools and be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
You will work closely with partners, strategy consultants, and data engineers in a flat and agile organization where personal initiative is highly valued. You will become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team that is passionate about driving sustainable growth for industry-leading organisations.
Responsibilities- Follow up CRM monthly planning and detecting new opportunities or blockers.
- Support the optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advise with insights in timing, targeting and content.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.
- Have a strong understanding of Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.
- Be analytical and have a process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- 4+ years experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related.
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
