About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Twtspain. As a key member of our infrastructure function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our public cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve the reliability, resilience, and efficiency of our public cloud environment.
  • Provide high-level technical advice on infrastructure solutions and priorities.
  • Focus on day-to-day operations, delivery of new services, and capacity planning to ensure our IT infrastructure meets current and future requirements.
  • Ensure the provision of full-service delivery, undertaking, and supporting structure planning to ensure sufficient system capacity is made available.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and provide senior technical solutions in response to queries from across the business and within IT.
Requirements
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tooling and methodologies, including code repositories, especially GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub workflows, Rancher, Dynatrace, Kibana, API Management, F5, web servers, application servers, shell scripting, nginx, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Skills and experience in Change Control/Incident management, leading the recovery of infrastructure outages.
  • Strong understanding of API orchestration, combined with languages such as Python to implement automated solutions and interactions between core management services such as Dynatrace, AWS, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience in software development and/or system administration, focusing on reliability, availability, and scalability.
