**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

**Responsibilities**

  • Drive continuous improvement and lean practices within the team
  • Maintain and develop existing cloud infrastructure
  • Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction by advocating and implementing practices, metrics, and monitoring tools with a user perspective in mind
  • Improve observability of existing systems
  • Implement automation, testing, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD)
  • Improve monitoring that alerts on anomalies rather than incidents, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Own the reliability and security of cloud infrastructure and services
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
  • Be on an on-call rotation to respond to incidents that impact availability

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar discipline
  • 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer
  • 5+ years of experience in Linux administration
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS services, including strong knowledge in container orchestration
  • Strong experience with Observability tools - logging/monitoring/alerting solutions
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, BitBucket CI/CD
  • Experience with Configuration Management tools
