Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Bid Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning bid strategy for innovation challenges. Your expertise will help us secure contracts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning bid strategy for innovation challenges
  • Research and identify bid opportunities that align with our strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and develop winning proposals
  • Write compelling and persuasive proposals that showcase our unique value proposition
  • Manage the bid process from initial proposal creation to contract win
  • Support the strategy team in researching current and future market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creating and managing bid processes, preferably in consulting or within our targeted sectors
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Strong project management and pitch presentation skills
  • Experience in external-facing roles and previous experience in bid management
