About the Role:
The Store Manager will be a key member of the Amorino team, responsible for leading the store's daily operations and driving sales growth. As a Store Manager, you will be the face of the company, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and stocktaking, to ensure optimal stock levels
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year retail and food experience, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
