About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the technical pillar of a major client program with an international energy retailer in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical relationship with the client and ensuring the successful delivery of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Relationship Management: Manage the technical relationship with key stakeholders from the client and potential partners.
  2. Issue Escalation: Be the escalation point for any technical issues and client concerns.
  3. Success Criteria and Governance: Define success criteria and governance for delivering the technical pillar of the program.
  4. Platform Localisation: Own the Kraken platform localisation plan to meet client expectations while matching Kraken's roadmap.
  5. Client Needs Articulation: Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, timelines, etc. internally as structured input for the successful and timely execution of any required technology platform localisation and development.
  6. Technical Delivery: Direct internal Kraken software developers contributing to the client program, as well as potential external partners, on tech platform deliverables to ensure an overall successful and timely technology migration.
  7. Client Support: Support the client in meeting their business needs via the delivery of tech.
  8. Infrastructure Alignment: Understand the Kraken infrastructure, align client direction with the overall goal for the Kraken platform business.
  9. Training and Development: Set up training programs to upskill the technical arm of the client.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Must speak Spanish and English.
  2. Scientific Mindset: Experience in engineering-led industries.
  3. Program Management: Proven experience in managing complex technology implementation or migration programs.
  4. Software Adaptation: Proven experience in software adaptation, deployment, and integration.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  6. Travel: Regular travel within Spain is expected.
