Join Our Team as a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer

At Orisha | Openbravo, we're seeking a talented Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Product team. As a key member of our QA team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our product roadmap and ensuring the quality of our retail solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the design of new test cases to cover new developments of the Openbravo Retail product
  • Maintain the existing test suite and collaborate on keeping the documentation of the test plan suite for the Openbravo Retail product up-to-date
  • Properly manage departmental knowledge and favor the re-use of existing information
  • Apply established methodologies within the QA team
  • Refine and improve our quality procedures by reviewing current contents and proposing innovations
Requirements:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications
  • Knowledge of the basics of Quality Assurance (functional testing, defect reporting, development lifecycle)
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must
  • Retail business software applications related experience is a plus
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English is a must
  • French is a valuable plus
