Our technology focuses on membrane reactors for the separation and production of hydrogen in situ from various feedstocks, such as ammonia, methanol, formic acid, and syngas from waste.
The OpportunityAs a Quality Assurance Specialist at H2SITE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for the design and construction of hydrogen production plants. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet all regulatory, customer, and company requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Quality Management Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Quality Planning and Control: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to establish quality plans and inspection procedures for hydrogen production plant projects. Define quality control criteria and ensure they are integrated into project plans and specifications.
- Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of design documents, construction sites, and manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify non-conformities and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Reception of Materials: Ensure the quality of received materials, including valves, instruments, pressure vessels, etc.
- Welding: Approve and validate new welding procedures. Certify and renew qualifications for welders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans. Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and industry-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel to project sites, supplier facilities, and customer locations as required.
- Ability to conduct inspections and audits in various environmental conditions.
