Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn and other social networks, to identify and attract top candidates for our open positions.
- Candidate Screening: Thoroughly review and assess candidate CVs and job applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments using reliable recruiting and selection methods to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates are treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the outcome.
- Diary Management and Interview Bookings: Effectively manage the recruitment process, including diary management and interview bookings, to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
